So instead of celebrating our anniversary during the week (we were both so exhausted) we are having brunch at the Crepevine. Crepevine has definitely supplanted Squat&Gobble as our go-to brunch spot.

Our one week checkup
Calliope had her one week check up this morning and is doing great. She gained 5 oz of weight and everything is looking great. We asked about two small bumps on her bumm which turned out to just be some small diaper rash. To which the doctor commented with a smile: “I judge parents by what they notice as diaper rash.” Guess we are doing OK. 🙂

A wonderful present
Mikey gave me a wonderful present this morning; he let me sleep through my 3:30AM baby shift. Â It felt so good to get 6 hours of sleep. Â Thank you honey, I love you.
